The Solution: ManagedWiFi+® That’s Built-In Pre Construction
DojoNetworks partnered during pre-construction to design a network focused on performance, reliability, and scalability and one that met all of the HPD system requirements. The team worked closely with ownership, architects, and the general contractor to ensure proper implementation.

- Ruckus H550 access points installed in every unit
- Ruckus R550 Ceiling mount access points installed throughout common areas
- 10GB fiber circuit delivering high-capacity bandwidth to the property
- 12-strand single-mode fiber connecting the main telecom room to 11 satellite data closets
- Managed Battery backup systems supporting all telecom infrastructure
Performance and Flexibility
- Standard speeds of 200/200 Mbps provided to each unit
- Upgrade options available up to 1 Gig if selected by a resident
- Network designed to support high device usage and evolving technology needs
- Infrastructure built to support up to 10Gbps to each unit for future upgrades
Seamless Implementation
The installation followed a phased approach aligned with construction progress.
- Network fully installed more than 30 days before resident move-in
- Project delivered on schedule and within budget
- Weekly and monthly updates provided to ownership and site teams
Residents received WiFi credentials at the time of lease signing. This allowed immediate access to the network upon move-in with no additional setup required.

Before launch, onsite staff were trained on Elemento™, Dojo’s centralized platform for operational oversight.
